This chemically defined cryopreservation medium is universally applicable for low-temperature freezing and long-term storage of various organoid cell types. It contains no protein components, eliminating potential risks associated with serum or protein-derived pathogens or immune reactions, ensuring enhanced safety. The formulation maintains post-thaw viability above 90% for multiple cell types.
使用说明
Recommended organoid cryopreservation density is 10⁵ to 5×10⁵ cells per vial. Before transferring to liquid nitrogen storage, perform controlled-rate freezing using a -80°C ultra-low temperature freezer. Transfer to liquid nitrogen tank as soon as the freezing program is complete.
