This 组织固定液 is widely used for fixation of biological samples including tissues, tissue sections, and cells for immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunocytochemistry (ICC), flow cytometry, and other detection assays. This product is ready-to-use and requires no dilution.
使用说明
(1) Store the product immediately upon receipt according to the recommended conditions. (2) Immerse tissue block samples in 组织固定液 and fix at room temperature or 2-8°C for 2 to 24 hours. (3) After fixation, transfer to a centrifuge tube containing distilled water and wash every 15-30 minutes, 6-8 times total. Shaking is recommended, or rinse under running water for 1-2 hours. Then proceed with gradient dehydration and embedding. (4) If embedding is not performed immediately, samples may be stored in 70-75% ethanol.
