The Immune Co-culture Chip consists of a central culture chamber and side reservoirs. Organoids and immune cells are mixed with gel and added to the culture chamber to enable construction of immune co-culture models.

- Both the culture chamber and reservoirs are openly accessible, facilitating retrieval of organoids, cells, and their metabolic products for subsequent multi-modal omics analysis.
